In order to shop early and receive all of the benefits of a volunteer you must commit to and follow through with one of the following between May 13th, 2009 and June 14th, 2010:

Full Time (Minimum 25 hours) - Shop on Wednesday, June 2nd at 5:00PM
Part Time (Minimum 15 hours) - Shop on Wednesday, June 2nd at 7:00PM
Shifts are a minimum of 5 hours each.
Only one person may shop per 15 & 25 hours worked

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Fun: We have wonderful volunteers you will love getting to know.

Accomplishment: We are busy from the moment we arrive until the day is done.

Benefits for Full Time & Part Time Volunteers:

Our 25 hour volunteers will be able to try on clothing!!
Shop early for the best selection, with a very small group of volunteers, instead of hundreds and hundreds of consignors.
Our volunteers that work 15 hours and more do not have to adhere to the limits on items they can consign!!!!
No long check-out lines!.
Shop 1/2 Price Day 1 hour before we open to the public.
Preview inventory (as it comes in).
"Pick-up" (picking up unsold items) is a benefit offered only to volunteers.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Flexibility: There are many aspects to pulling this sale together and we need volunteers who are open to doing everything from sweeping to tagging.

Responsibility: Because this is a volunteer run organization we rely MORE on your help than anything. You are expected to work your scheduled shift having arrived early enough to be ready to go when your shift starts.

We LOVE having husbands as volunteers. There is plenty of work for them and they can fill your hours for you.

Please let us know in advance if you have any physical conditions (e.g. high-risk pregnancy, broken arm, recent surgery, etc.) that prevent you from doing heavy lifting.

Volunteers from the previous sale pick their hours first one week in advance of new volunteers
